Helen Ball Elementary HVAC Upgrades
The 100,000 Square foot Helen Ball Elementary school underwent a complete HVAC Upgrade back in 2012. The entire classroom wings were design based on the Mitsubishi Electric Variable refrigerant flow heat recovery system.
The gymnasium, and dining area were design using a high efficiency packaged roof top units systems. All systems were integrated to the KMC energy management system. Total Construction cost 2.1 Million.
