The existing 52,000 square foot health clinic underwent a complete 7.8 million dollar renovation. The Clinic received a new roof, new plumbing systems, new lighting, new laying ceiling, new fire protection system and a brand new air conditioning and heating system. AEG design a new central plant that included two 100 ton chillers, two high efficient gas fired boilers, air distribution system with variable air volume boxes with hot water reheat coils.
