University Medical Center Annex Building
AEG was tasked in 2012 to complete redesign the 4 four story 50,000 SF building. The proposed design for the building after analysis multiple alternatives. 4 pipe roof mounted variable air volume air handler with independent variable air boxes with hot water reheat coils. Hydronic system infrastructure would be connected to the UMC central chilled water and hot water distribution loop. AEG also design a complete DDC to integrate with the ALC Energy management system.
